Seven lucky winners of the Delta Dental SmilesLEAGUE Smiles on Ice 2010 raffle will each win a replica jersey autographed by St. Louis Blues center forward, T.J. Oshie! Additional prizes will include four St. Louis Blues tickets to the game on March 28 when the Blues host the Edmonton Oilers, an invitation to attend the morning skate on March 28 and a Blues gift bag. Prizes are valued at $500 each! The winners will receive their prizes at Scottrade Center before the game in a special ceremony.

How Do I Join?

Missouri and Illinois residents, 18 years of age or older, can purchase raffle tickets online using PayPal. Simply enter your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, choose the number of tickets you would like to buy ($2 for one entry; $5 for three), and enter your payment information. You will receive an e-mail response from Delta Dental notifying you that you have joined the SmilesLEAGUE and confirming the number of entries you purchased.
